Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is allowed, if it is done within two hours of booking
  • No cancellation or refunds will be accepted once the order is processed and dispatched.

Refund policy

  • 100% refund on unsuccessful delivery.
  • While requesting for refund or redelivery, you are required to enter order details, such as order number and reason for the same.
  • In case the reason for the refund is due to delay in delivery because of weather conditions, the customer won’t be qualified for a refund or cancellation.
  • Kindly note, that refund orders won’t be considered if it is done due to delay in delivery because of weather conditions.
  • Total billing amount will be refunded in case the order is canceled prior to confirmation.
  • 50% of the billing amount will be refunded if the order is canceled when it is already approved.
  • For requesting a refund after order is delivered, the customer needs to contact on email which is given on the website or can have live chat. The customer care team will provide the shipping address to the person where he has to return the product. 50% of the total billing amount will be provided to the customer, once we get them at the respective address.
  • If the order is canceled within two hours of booking time, only then the customer’s refund request will be considered.
